Hi there! Thanks for stopping by, I'm so glad you're here!
I founded DBC in September 2020 when a friend had posted she needed a bartender for her wedding! I offered to do it for her and that night, Dayton Bartending Co was born!
I have years of experience behind the bar ranging from fine dining to high volume bars and nightclubs! I LOVE bartending and being able to be a part of our client's special days- whether it be a wedding, retirement party or anything in between!

Gabi Hughes, Co-Owner
Gabi started with DBC in 2022 as a bartender and ended 2022 as a Lead Bartender. In 2023, she became the Team Manager handling all of the employee scheduling, ordering, and weekend planning!
In February of 2024, Gabi became a partner of Dayton Bartending Co!
She comes with years of experience in the service industry and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to catering events! We're so excited to have Gabi's expertise in helping Dayton Bartending and our client's events thrive!
